After this week’s events, I have a little extra time on my hands. And determined not to waste a minute, this morning I literally stopped to smell the flowers.
Does anything smell as divine as the scent of lavender? I wish I could send the fragrance to you right through the computer! Since technology is not yet that advanced, here are a few photos from my garden.

Lucky girl! I used to have lavender like that and it all died off. I liked to make lavender wands out of it to use in my dresser drawers and to give as gifts. It’s a lovely, old-fashioned thing to do!
