Belated Happy Birthday!

(This post was supposed to be finished yesterday…but then life interrupted.)  Yesterday was special in the fact it was Audrey Hepburn’s birthday.

When I think of individual style, Ms. Hepburn is one of the first people that comes to mind.

Comparing her look to other movie stars of the day – it’s obvious she stayed true to herself and dressed in a manner that suited her.  And many years later, it’s her style that we still celebrate.

Happy belated birthday to a woman who was beautiful both inside and out and is a constant reminder of the importance of remaining true to oneself!

The following set was inspired by Audrey Hepburn, but is styled in a way I would wear it.  A colorful scarf, metallic shoes and a big handbag…are all things I enjoy.
