Road Trip:

While in France a few years ago, we decided to get out of Paris and see the countryside.  Roadtrip!

So we piled in to our miniature rental car and headed out.  With our usual good timing,     we left the city during morning rush hour.  Big mistake.

But eventually we made our way out of Paris.  As we drove for the next few hours, every view looked like something from a postcard or in a coffee table book.  At times we’d stop at tiny antique shops in quaint villages along the way.

We saw vineyards, grand estates and ivy-covered stone cottages.  It was a trip I’ll never forget – and it’s today’s French Toast!  The following are a few photos I snapped along the way.  Enjoy and have a great weekend!
