Video and Pics:
Last week I reported on the casual up-dos seen on the BCBG Max Azria runway.
I enjoyed the look the first time I saw it, and I’ve continued to think about it ever since. (I know, I really need to get a life!)
It’s a look I can totally see working throughout the spring and summer.
So I searched the web for some instruction. The following is what I found.
First off, here’s the look seen at the show from the front. The next photo is a recreation of approximately the way the back view appeared.

Finally, here’s a video I found that helped me create the bun itself…and then I tweaked it by letting the ends remain loose. (This tweak actually made the look even easier to achieve.) It worked really well for me. Hope it helps you too!

There’s such freshness to this hairstyle. It’s very “woman-
on-the-go,” and looks like it would work beautiful both with
casual or with dressy attire. Now if only my hair were long
enough!
Ah, but I forgot to mention that the hairstyle would bring me
great HAPPINESS!

I like that look, I couldn’t wear it as my hair is too short.
