Skin MD Natural:
When the makers of Skin MD asked me to try their shielding lotion, I was a bit skeptical. With promises of enhancing skin’s hydrating and protective abilities…this lotion promised a lot. But could it live up to the hype?
My Skin MD Natural arrived in a 4 oz bottle and I was informed that with this product, “a little goes a long way.” (I soon learned, they were right about this.)
Disappears into the Skin
Immediately I was struck by the fact the lotion absorbed nearly instantly plus, left no greasy feeling behind. You see, I have a love-hate relationship with most lotions. I love what they do for my skin, but occasionally the greasiness is just more than I can handle. Needless to say, Skin MD Natural won me over in this category. It was completely dry within about 30 seconds!
Versatile
Per the bottle, this product can be used on face, hands and body. I used it primarily on my hands and arms–since they are my problem areas throughout the winter.
Why this Lotion is Different
Skin MD Natural works by bonding with the skin to create a protective barrier. While protecting the skin, it also moisturizes. Up until now, glycerin has been the most common moisturizer. However, Skin MD contains a proprietary new ingredient proven to be 6 times more effective.
I must say, this lotion lived up to the hype! I’ve been using for several weeks and my skin is doing so much better because of it.
My Choice for Summertime
I’m also looking forward to using Skin MD this summer. Often I skip body lotions during the hot months because of the sticky, greasy feeling they leave behind. Finally I have a solution! (And although I trialed the regular version, an SPF 15 version is available now too.)
