On Wednesday of this week, Jean Paul Gaultier brought an exquisite collection down the runway in Paris. With fashion and details said to be inspired by Mexico, the Aztecs, and the movie ‘Avatar’ it was a visual delight.

With platforms leading the charge, heel heights have been going up, up, up. Some of these beauties are architecturally spectacular. I mean, have you seen the Alexander McQueen Titanic Ballerina pump?
