Thinking of rocking the bold lip look this New Year’s Eve? I’m leaning that way myself. 
However, as a bold eye/nude lip devotee, I decided to brush up on my technique before the big night.
I found the following makeup tutorial from beauty expert, Bobbi Brown to be helpful — so I thought I’d pass it on.
