Twisted Silver’s Newest Addition:

Are you sitting?  Good–because you’re about to be wowed!  If you can’t already tell—I am sooo excited about this piece.  It’s right up my alley.  A big statement ring.  In case you’re new here, perhaps we should bring you up to speed:

Sunshine Ring

Now that we’re all on the same page, meet the latest addition to the Salvage Line from Twisted Silver.  It’s called Sunshine.  And let me tell you…that’s exactly what it is.  The second I opened the box, I became so happy that my inner nerd started humming Sunshine on my Shoulder (substituting the word “finger” for “shoulder” each time.)  Click on the video below and try it–it’s fun!   Of course it’s probably more fun when you’re actually wearing the ring.

This ring was created with raw brass that was fire-treated.  This process causes the development of an iridescent patina across the ring.  Each ring is its own unique masterpiece.  And each of these masterpieces is a full 2 inches in diameter.  Can you stand it?!?

How I’m Wearing Sunshine

My favorite way to wear this ring has been on the middle finger of my right hand without a bracelet.  This beauty needs center stage!  In fact, rarely have I even worn it with a necklace.  I’ve put the emphasis on ears and finger only, most often pairing it with the Gypsy Earrings.  With circular elements also…they seem made for each other.  A perfect complement but not too matchy-matchy.

Denim looks amazing with this ring.  I’ve chosen to wear it with jeans and a white button-up, jeans and a vintage Chanel-type jacket, jeans and a brown leather jacket and more.  And I can tell you from experience, expect the compliments.  Don’t wear this ring on days you don’t want to be bothered.  I’ve had complete strangers grab my hand to ask about it!
