Bold Jewelry for Less:
Who says you have to invest anything to enjoy the fall 09 Statement Jewelry trend? As we discussed yesterday, sometimes you can reinvent what you already own. How Eco-Chic!
One of my favorite ways to take bracelets to the next level is to stack them. Not a new concept at all…but sometimes we forget how much of a difference it can make.
In the following 2 examples I’ve done just that.
The first example pic shows how bold bangles can be when worn in multiples.
But why save all the multiple drama for bangles…How about stacking your basic chain link bracelets as shown below:
Or how about reinventing a tired, old, long necklace? In the next example, I took a long beaded necklace, divided the beads into three sections and restrung on stretchy beading thread. Now I have three bracelets that, when stacked, make a huge statement.
In the last example, I took an old labradorite stone necklace…added in some additional shapes of labradorite beads, restrung and added a clasp. Now I have a new bold bracelet I love!
