What are you looking for in an eyeliner?
We’ve all been there. The search for a good eyeliner. Some migrate before you’ve even finished applying. Some pencil liners stay put–but are so waxy that they tug at the eye during application. And so on…
I had almost given up. It seemed a good eyeliner was headed for the list of seemingly impossible requests along with:

how would you compare this to MAC fluidline? I’m an avid user but towe
towards the end it tends to dry up. does this do that
