I am so excited about Fall ’09! Why? Because it’s as if it were designed just for me. Let me explain…
I am one of those girls who loves to wear neutral basics and then pop them with killer accessories.
Next season’s trends seem to center around this same idea: Basics paired with outrageous shoes, fabulous scarves, textured tights, statement jewelry or bright pops of color.
One of these hot new trends is the Bib Necklace. Talk about statement jewelry…some of these necklaces nearly scream! And what fashionista doesn’t like a little attention?
