This week marked the end of the Carson era.  Ed McMahon died on Tuesday.  Most well-known as Johnny’s sidekick on The Tonight Show, Ed suffered a series of health setbacks over the last several years.  He now goes on to join Johnny who died in 2005.  Source: NPR.org {read more}
